How long does the demo last?
Demo access stays active for 14 days, with sample data already set up to explore.
Can you migrate our data?
Yes, migrating your existing data is assisted by our team: we guide you through it step by step.
What requirements do we need?
No installation: an up-to-date browser is all you need to access the platform.
We already have PIF software: do you replace it?
No. FormulaPass does not draft the product information file and does not notify the CPNP: that work stays where you do it today. We start from the PIF you already have and turn it into the public passport.
Are prices VAT excluded?
Yes. The prices shown are monthly and net of VAT. Enterprise is quote-based because it depends on how many brands, users and markets you manage.
If you ever leave
QR codes are printed on your packaging and outlast any contract. That's why the exit rules are written here, before you start.
- Full export. Data, published versions, passport pages and QR codes, in a single file.
- 12 months of free retention. If you stop paying, the workspace switches to read-only and passports stay online for 12 months.
- Then the Archive plan. An annual subscription that keeps published passports online, with no changes. Without Archive, the workspace is closed.
- Redirected QR codes. Before closing you can set your own address: after deletion, the printed QR codes will lead there.
- Textile. Workspaces with published textile passports are never closed automatically: the delegated act that will make them mandatory is expected in 2027.
