FormulaPass

Digital product passport · cosmetics · textiles

What your product must declare, on a page anyone can open.

A GS1 Digital Link QR code on the packaging opens the digital passport with the product's real data. FormulaPass collects it, checks it against the official lists and publishes it.

A real product, in three steps

01 · Import

The technical data sheet goes in, the fields fill themselves in.

Upload the technical data sheet or the PIF: the AI extracts the master data and formulation and puts them in preview, marked "to be checked". No data is saved until you confirm it.

02 · Review

Allergens come out flagged.

You check every field, confirm the INCI names and complete packaging and sustainability data. In the sample serum, Limonene and Linalool exceed the threshold for a product that stays on the skin: they go on the label, and the data sheet says so before anyone else does.

Where your data lives, and what we do with it

Built around the regulations

Allergens. Regulation (EU) 2023/1545 took the fragrance allergens that must be declared on the label from 26 to more than 80: from 31 July 2026 products placed on the market must state them, and from 31 July 2028 products that have not been updated can no longer be made available.

Packaging. The PPWR (Regulation (EU) 2025/40) applies from 12 August 2026 in every Member State, with further deadlines between 2028 and 2030. The passport's packaging data is ready to reuse.

Digital passport. Cosmetics do not have one: it comes from the ESPR and arrives product group by product group through delegated acts, and cosmetics is not among the six in the 2025-2030 working plan. The EU registry, explained. For textiles it does: the delegated act is expected in 2027, application not before the end of 2028. Meanwhile fibre composition follows Regulation (EU) 1007/2011, which is law today. Sectors, in detail.
